• Provide exceptional high-volume HR customer service support via email and phone calls. • Serve as first point-of-contact regarding HR data, TCL and Workday navigation and HR/Payroll policies and procedures. • Answer questions regarding Workday/TCL navigation and assist employees with systems. • Use a case management tool for recording and administering requests. • Assist Manager with establishing and improving upon defined HR procedures and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. • 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources • Minimum of one year of customer service experience
