📋 Description

• Develop profitable business account relationships and increase profitability from existing and new accounts • Identify business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services • Make sales presentations to existing and/or prospective clients, informing them of benefits of using the organization's products and services • Implement and maintain an effective referral network and call program to promote sales • Travel locally, regionally, and occasionally nationally

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience • Five to seven or more years of relevant work experience • Ability to travel (local and regional, some national) • Well-developed sales and new business development skills, including the development of sales strategies and goals and closing skills • Thorough knowledge of unit payment products • Basic knowledge of the organization and its products, services and operations • Basic knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations • Strong marketing, negotiation and decision-making skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Strong customer service/relation skills with ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills • Good understanding of basic accounting principles related to financial transactions • Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
