📋 Description

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, including US and EMEA stakeholders • Support employer branding initiatives, careers pages, LinkedIn job promotion, employee referral campaigns, and recruitment marketing activities • Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process • Schedule interviews, feedback sessions, and hiring team meetings • Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience from application through offer stage • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Support offer generation, onboarding activities, and recruitment-related compliance processes • Coordinate offer approvals and prepare offer documentation • Track recruitment activity and ensure hiring workflows progress efficiently • Produce recruitment dashboards, identify hiring trends, and highlight recruitment efficiency opportunities • Support recruiters and hiring managers with day-to-day recruitment operations • Handle confidential candidate and employee information • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and provide guidance on recruitment processes, timelines, and best practices • Partner with HR, People Operations, Legal, Finance, IT, and hiring managers on hiring initiatives • Ensure recruitment documentation complies with GDPR and applicable employment legislation across hiring jurisdictions • Maintain accurate ATS data, candidate records, requisitions, and hiring workflows • Provide first-line ATS support and guidance to hiring managers • Gather feedback and recommend improvements to the recruitment experience • Assist with recruitment policies, procedures, best practices, process improvements, system enhancements, and recruitment projects • Contribute to improved recruitment reporting, workflows, and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in recruitment coordination, recruitment administration, talent acquisition support, recruitment agency operations, or HR administration with recruitment exposure • Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment systems/ATS platforms • Strong customer service mindset and ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders • Comfortable working across different time zones and with international teams • Highly organized and able to prioritize competing deadlines • Problem-solving mindset • Continuous improvement mindset • Adaptable and comfortable with change • Strong stakeholder management skills • High level of integrity and confidentiality • Must be willing to work US-based hours
