📋 Description

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of field service technicians • Improve technician productivity, response times, first-time fix rates, and overall customer satisfaction • Drive service revenue growth and printer placements through exceptional customer support and service excellence • Promote a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture while increasing engagement and field morale • Remove operational barriers and support technicians in achieving performance objectives • Partner with Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience • Manage customer escalations and ensure outstanding issues are resolved promptly and effectively • Drive continuous improvement across service operations, inventory management, and field processes • Manage revenue growth, expense control, inventory turns, and service productivity metrics • Develop understanding of financial performance and contribute to decisions affecting Field Service and OpCo results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, electronics, or a related field • 5-10 years of experience in field service or technical support roles • 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity • Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate remote field-based employees • Basic computer skills • Experience working with service CRM/ERP tools, such as Salesforce • Willingness to travel around 25% of the time
