📋 Description

• Develop customer relationships and retain and grow existing business revenues • Acquire new business opportunities within assigned territories/accounts • Facilitate RFQ, quote, proposal, contracting, and customer request processes • Deliver proposals and close new business • Develop and execute account strategies to promote revenue growth and market share • Establish and maintain relationships with customer decision-makers and influencers • Monitor customer opportunities, account changes, prospects, and competitive landscape • Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Quality, Finance, Legal, planning, and customer service stakeholders • Maintain technical expertise related to the company and industry • Manage expenses within budget • Generate reports and facilitate weekly, monthly, and annual account reviews or plans • Present and sell price changes as needed • Provide Voice of Customer feedback to internal stakeholders • Maintain CRM records and monitor account pipeline value, status, and health • Develop and own customer communication cadence • Prepare Scorecards, Drumbeat, and Recovery materials • Act as internal and external point of contact for pricing issues and communications • Facilitate customer surveys, RFIs, NDAs, EHS&S questionnaires, and other ad hoc requests • Collect, analyze, trend, and communicate customer forecasts • Drive and manage CIP communications and trackers • Assess and drive the rebate process as applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; related discipline or engineering degree preferred • Minimum 5 years of business-to-business sales experience for medical device contract manufacturing background • Medical Device Industry experience required • Strong background in plastic injection molding, metals, and assemblies preferred • Completion of formal sales training program(s) is a plus • Proven successful track record • Demonstrated selling and account management skills • Ability to translate strategy into tactical implementation and motivate execution • Ability to call on all levels and functions of major OEM medical device customers • Ability to analyze information and communicate effectively with customers and all organizational levels • Ability to collaborate with and influence peers and management • Ability to direct cross-functional teams • Highly motivated, disciplined, and self-starting • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills • Strong relationship-building skills • Strong writing skills and proficiency with Outlook and Word • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation development • Highly responsive and resilient • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Ability to organize and adapt to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment • Excellent problem-solving skills • Experience reading and understanding design drawings and specifications preferred • Ability to analyze, understand, and communicate technical material • Ability to assess the financial impact of deals and opportunities • Negotiation skills • Strong understanding of the medical device and/or contract manufacturing industry • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned account/territory, potentially 25%-75% depending on business needs
