📋 Description

• Lead Vonage's global carrier and Network API sourcing function and optimize the supplier portfolio supporting CPaaS and Network API products • Define and own global carrier sourcing strategy across Voice, SMS, MMS, and RCS • Lead Carrier Partnerships teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC • Drive direct carrier connectivity and execute direct CSP agreements in the US and international markets • Own Balance of Trade relationships and bilateral exchange agreements • Oversee Network API Partnerships sourcing 5G Network API capabilities from Ericsson carrier partners • Drive Network API coverage expansion and manage supplier relationships through regulatory reviews • Manage carrier legal backlog and accelerate contract execution • Own the global RCS sourcing roadmap and unblock stalled markets • Coordinate with Product, Connectivity Operations, Sales, Legal, Ericsson Group, and Aduna stakeholders • Ensure commercial agreements are operationally executable and translate contracts into live connectivity • Represent Vonage's sourcing interests in Ericsson and Aduna group-level forums • Lead a globally distributed team of Directors and Managers across four functions • Develop regional leaders and build a high-performance sourcing culture

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in telecommunications, CPaaS, or carrier partnerships • At least 5 years in senior people management across multiple regions or functions • Track record executing complex, multi-party carrier or technology agreements in regulated markets • Experience with direct CSP negotiations • Experience managing globally distributed teams and aligning commercial, legal, product, and operational stakeholders • Ability to translate product and revenue goals into a global sourcing roadmap and hold a team accountable • Strong commercial acumen evaluating bilateral agreements, unit cost structures, supplier portfolios, margin contribution, and risk • High emotional intelligence and executive-level influencing skills • Ability to operate strategically and tactically to unblock stalled contracts • Plus: experience with direct CSP agreements, aggregator relationships, bilateral trading, SMS/Voice/RCS routing economics, 5G Core API frameworks, GSMA Open Gateway, governing law, NCT, CFIUS, and international numbering and registration frameworks
