📋 Description

• Process accurate and timely end-to-end payroll for all assigned legal entities • Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local payroll laws and regulations • Review and reconcile payroll data, including timekeeping • Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll discrepancies and issues • Assist with payroll audits and respond to employee, management, and external agency inquiries • Perform quarterly and annual payroll tax reconciliations • Prepare and support year-end payroll processing • Support implementation and testing of payroll system upgrades and enhancements • Complete payroll-related analysis and reporting as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant Associate’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and compliance requirements • Proficiency with payroll software • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Experience with multi-state payroll processing preferred • Familiarity with benefits administration and timekeeping systems preferred • International payroll experience a plus
