📋 Description

• Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement architecture • Use Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio capabilities • Design Marketing Cloud data models, Data Extensions, segmentation, and personalization solutions • Integrate Salesforce CRM using Marketing Cloud Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies • Support customer lifecycle marketing, campaign orchestration, and omnichannel engagement • Apply enterprise solution architecture, security, scalability, and performance optimization practices • Participate in CI/CD, version control, testing, deployment, and release management

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement architecture and implementation • Hands-on knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio capabilities as applicable • Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience designing Marketing Cloud data models, Data Extensions, segmentation, and personalization solutions • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM integration, Marketing Cloud Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies • Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, campaign orchestration, and omnichannel engagement • Experience with enterprise solution architecture, security, scalability, and performance optimization • Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, testing, deployment, and release management practices • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
