📋 Description

• Provide medical coding support to assigned agencies • Make accurate ICD-10-CM code assignments • Review OASIS and assign accurate codes supported by documentation • Identify viable primary and pertinent secondary diagnoses and procedures • Adhere to coding compliance regulations and internal policies to ensure accurate billing for client agencies • Review, interpret, and recommend plan-of-care corrections as needed • Perform other assigned job duties

🎯 Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma • 1–2 years of relevant work experience • Coding certification (HCS-D or BCHH-C) • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed • Ability to comply with applicable security policies and procedures • Ability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods • OASIS experience preferred • Hospice experience preferred • For U.S.-based positions, legal authorization to work in the United States
