📋 Description

• Process and review automated and manual payroll inputs for the United States, Canada, and Brazil using Workday and CloudPay • Process and review automated and manual payroll inputs for the United States and Canada using Workday and CloudPay • Review payroll reports across pay periods, monthly, quarterly, and year-end cycles • Ensure accurate payments to employees, EOR employees, vendors, and statutory jurisdictions • Create and maintain payroll review documents and period-end payroll metrics • Partner with Accounting & Finance, Benefits, Equity, and Human Resources teams globally • Identify process improvements and opportunities for positive change • Maintain payroll checklists and audits for accuracy and SOX compliance • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies • Support accounting and finance reconciliation and payroll reporting needs • Research and resolve tax deduction and filing discrepancies using Workday and third-party providers • Support projects involving implementations, automation, payroll interfaces, and process improvement • Address payroll inquiries from employees and third parties • Create and maintain payroll guidelines, policies, and procedures • Process and reconcile statutory tax and third-party payroll payments • Manage and resolve payroll tax cases, agency notices, and support tickets through the OneSource Virtual portal • Cross-train to provide backup for EMEA, APAC, and South America payroll

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field • 4+ years of experience in payroll operations; public company preferred • Experience using modern data tools, automated reporting, or AI-assisted technologies preferred • Experience with Workday Payroll strongly preferred • Multinational payroll experience preferred • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Excellent verbal and written command of English; other languages desirable • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask and manage multiple processes simultaneously under pressure • Ability to identify and resolve issues methodically with attention to detail and critical thinking • Ability to provide proactive team support • Reliable internet access when working remotely outside a Workiva office • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis • Willingness to travel 15% for customer and internal meetings
