• Research and analyze issues to produce solution options, including alternatives addressing system limitations • Provide onsite and application-use support • Assess workflows in real time and recommend improvements • Drive efficiency and promote best practices • Support new-practice onboarding for providers and staff • Support the full clinic workflow from check-in through check-out • Provide 1:1, group, personalization lab augmentation, and presentation-based training • Execute and own the Epic optimization lifecycle • Act as liaison between Epic1 teams and clinical operations • Enter and troubleshoot break-fix tickets and follow up on resolutions • Support end users through process improvement and quality assurance • Provide new and ongoing clinical systems training and assess new-user knowledge • Review, test, and implement system enhancements and upgrades • Provide daily application support through clinical report review, audits, downtime procedures, and troubleshooting • Communicate clinical system changes and upgrades to operations • Perform other duties as assigned
• High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience • 2 years of relevant experience • Ability to independently research and analyze issues and produce solution options • Ability to assess workflows and make recommendations for improvement • Ability to support full clinic workflow from check-in to check-out • Ability to provide 1:1 and group training based on end-user needs • Flexible hours to meet provider availability • Excellent time management skills • Ability to work independently • Successful completion of required pre-employment screening • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree • Preferred: Epic Certification - Epic Systems • Preferred skills: Epic Systems, Hospital Experience, Interpersonal Communication, Medical Knowledge, Medical Practices, Oral Communications, University Education, Written Communication
