📋 Description

• Strengthen Yelp’s revenue retention by providing exceptional and timely customer support • Remain logged into an inbound phone queue for the majority of the day, consulting and educating current Yelp advertisers • Highlight clients’ investment returns through advertising performance metrics • Handle escalated clients using listening and conflict resolution skills • Become an expert in Yelp’s advertising solutions and adapt product recommendations to client needs • Ask probing questions and handle objections • Communicate effectively with clients and Yelp employees • Remain organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly goals • Use Chatbench, Yelp’s internal LLM tool, to research, draft proposals, analyze data, and overcome objections

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client facing experience • Technically proficient with computers and information systems • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills • Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred) • Love for local businesses and understanding of their importance in local economies • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to track and complete numerous details • Ability to handle tough conversations with business owners in a professional, solutions-oriented manner • Ability to balance consulting and supporting as needed • Willingness to receive and implement feedback • Ability to embrace a fast paced and always-changing environment • Access to an individual hardline high-speed internet connection in the workspace; satellite internet and mobile hotspots cannot be used
