📋 Description

• Responsible for the overall development and administration of programs in the Southeast Region • Oversee participant services • Manage personnel • Manage budgets • Continue development of the agency • Ensure quality and quality improvement • Carry out the mission of Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. • Oversee multiple programs and regions • Travel frequently throughout the assigned Southeast area

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree preferred • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in the management and motivation of staff • Commensurate experience in community-based agency programs such as advocate services, community reintegration/re-entry, and alternative to detention/aftercare knowledge • Preferred experience in a senior leadership role, overseeing and managing budgets, financials, and operational outcomes over multiple programs and regions • Experience working with state agencies, county governments, managed care, school districts, and other funding and referral sources is preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other database software systems • Knowledge of an Electronic Health Record System (EHR) is a plus • Reliable, insured transportation • Current auto insurance coverage • Valid driver's license • Minimum of 5 years of senior-level management experience overseeing multiple programs and regions • Minimum 5 or more years of leadership experience in human services, behavioral health, child welfare, juvenile justice, education, or a related field • Advanced bilingual/Spanish speaking is preferred/a plus
