📋 Description

• Develop positioning and messaging explaining Zenity’s products, target users, and value. • Create technical explainers, thought leadership, customer stories, solution briefs, and launch materials from concept through completion. • Produce product walkthroughs, explainers, interviews, and demos, including shaping formats, writing scripts, and presenting on camera. • Build deep product and customer-environment knowledge and translate technical insights into useful content. • Develop demos and use cases showing how Zenity’s technology works and its organizational value. • Partner with sales on presentations, competitive messaging, and answers to buyer questions. • Help lead product launches with consistent customer-focused messaging across channels. • Monitor customers, agentic AI, cybersecurity developments, content performance, and sales feedback to improve messaging. • Report to the Head of Product Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 10 years of overall professional experience across product marketing, technical marketing, product management, solutions engineering, or related roles, including meaningful ownership of product messaging and content. • A focused body of work in AI over the past 3 to 4 years, with a strong understanding of generative AI and agentic systems. • Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including identity and access management, data protection, threat detection, and risk management. • Practical understanding of how AI agents use tools, access data, and take actions, including prompt injection, excessive permissions, and unintended data exposure. • Ability to translate technical information into business terms while preserving important details. • Strong writing and editing skills, with examples of personally created content. • Experience creating video content and communicating on camera, demonstrating products, and trying new formats. • Judgment and independence to set priorities, work with subject matter experts, and take projects through publication. • Experience marketing enterprise software to CISOs and security teams would be especially useful. • Hands-on experience building or configuring AI agents would also help. • Ability to work with researchers, executives, and the field team and pick up technical topics quickly.
