📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain reusable integration, E2E, and load test automation frameworks • Leverage AI-assisted development and agentic coding workflows to accelerate test creation • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines in partnership with developers • Perform manual exploratory smoke testing, functional testing, and UAT • Identify coverage gaps and propose improvements to reduce system fragility and technical debt • Use SAST/DAST tools for security testing and Axe/Lighthouse for accessibility testing • Mentor intermediate and junior engineers on testing practices and responsible AI coding-tool use • Participate in design discussions and Agile ceremonies to advocate for testability and maintainability • Document testing strategies and automation patterns • Monitor production incidents and operational data to drive quality improvements • Help scale Zensurance’s high-traffic commercial insurance platform and shape its quality strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Test Automation and Quality Assurance • Strong experience with modern E2E automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, WebDriverIO, or Selenium • Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript • Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha • Experience with API testing and automation • Experience with BrowserStack or similar cross-browser testing platforms • Experience with manual Functional, Exploratory, and UAT testing • Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams • Ability to critically review and validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, and maintainability • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Proven ability to take ownership of quality initiatives • Nice to have: Salesforce or Salesforce-integrated systems experience • Nice to have: microservices and micro frontends testing experience • Nice to have: monorepos or trunk-based development experience • Nice to have: SonarCloud/SonarQube experience • Nice to have: Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, or AWS experience • Nice to have: AI-assisted test generation workflows • Nice to have: accessibility testing tools • Nice to have: CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions • Nice to have: AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT • Nice to have: agentic coding, prompt engineering, AI-generated test case creation, and AI-produced code validation
