📋 Description

• Gain an in-depth, hands-on understanding of Zeta's full banking technology stack • Run technical discovery with institutions with large existing technology estates • Assemble solutions across multiple banking platforms and determine scope and later phases • Craft and demonstrate customer solutions live during calls and presentations • Produce target architectures and integration designs for existing core, ledger, data, and channel systems • Design coexistence and phasing strategies • Build reusable reference architectures and solution libraries • Build and maintain demo environments • Design and run proofs of concept, bake-offs, and tabletop exercises • Own technical RFP and RFI responses, security questionnaires, penetration test and audit report reviews, resilience and exit planning, and vendor due diligence • Create technical diagrams and architecture visuals • Carry the technical case through enterprise architecture, information security, and procurement reviews • Serve as technical counterpart to banking service-provider partners • Enable partner sales engineers and solution consultants • Maintain competitive analysis and positioning • Produce technical thought leadership with Marketing and participate in industry events and analyst engagement • Feed customer evidence and deal feedback into Product • Contribute to qualified technical evaluations, competitive RFPs, proofs of concept, bake-offs, and closing a seven-figure ARR contract

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience across technology and commercial roles, combining more than one of software development and engineering, product management, pre-sales, and customer success • Substantial experience selling technology into banks or credit unions in the US • Track record of carrying deals through enterprise architecture, information security, and procurement review • Breadth across core, deposits, payments, cards, lending, and digital channels, with hands-on depth in at least two • Experience with core or platform migration and coexistence in a live institution is strongly preferred • A degree in computer science or engineering is essential • Command of architecture, APIs, events, and data models of cloud-native banking platforms • Ability to design and defend target architectures and migration paths • Sales acumen and experience with evaluations measured in quarters • Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences and communicate with engineers • Confident presentation and public speaking skills • Ability to thrive in a 0 to 1 motion with no team beneath you yet
