📋 Description

• Serve as a frontline point of contact for managers, coaching them through nuanced HR questions using policy, practice and risk guidance • Conduct detailed employee inquiries, gather facts and timelines, and route cases to the appropriate team • Partner with HRBPs on people and talent strategies, including performance, annual review and position management • Manage operational details for cyclical HR processes end-to-end • Participate in HRBP team meetings, talent forums and relevant syncs • Coordinate with partners to ensure complete cases and smooth employee and manager experiences • Create or iterate on SOPs, playbooks and triage rules based on case-pattern analysis and partner feedback • Use systems, data and AI tools to improve workflows, documentation and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years HR experience in shared services, employee service centers, employee relations, HR operations, or HR generalist roles • Experience conducting employee or manager inquiries and documenting them clearly and objectively • Sound judgment in triaging, routing and escalating work based on complexity, risk and business context • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear guidance • Proficiency with Workday or similar HRIS and ServiceNow or similar tools • Prior experience in an HR shared services or tiered support model preferred • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini preferred • Experience supporting organizational change, re-leveling, or job profile work as a project contributor preferred • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information discreetly and reliably
