Description
• The Sales Enablement team is responsible for supporting the success of the entire sales cycle • Your primary responsibility will be working with sales leaders to uncover learning opportunities • Scope and build strong training resources in partnership with cross-functional teams • Lead and manage projects to enable sales teams • Cross-functional collaboration with other departments to support GTM with product and feature launches • Building a high-performing enablement function • occasional travel for in-person engagement
Requirements
• Proven track record of 5+ years in sales • 3+ years in sales/revenue/GTM enablement preferred • Ability to run training projects throughout their lifecycle • Comfortable conducting a needs analysis and evaluating the efficacy of the final product • Problem-solving skills • Eye for design and content creation • Excellent communication skills and executive presence • Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment • Team-player attitude with a willingness to collaborate and accept feedback • Bonus points for previous experience in related roles • Familiarity with tech stack • Background in the cybersecurity or identity access management industry • Personal experience with 1Password or another password manager
