📋 Description

• Develop business and provide consultative support to customers in the automotive market, including OEMs, Tier suppliers, and converters • Identify technical and commercial needs for which 3M has solutions in its portfolio • Drive sustainable sales growth through new opportunities, projects, and customers • Manage the customer portfolio and performance indicators, including sales, margins, new projects, and the opportunity pipeline • Expand relationships with customer departments, influencers, and decision-makers • Identify applications and projects for 3M solutions on current and new vehicle platforms • Lead commercial negotiations with OEMs and the automotive supplier network • Promote and implement new 3M solutions in the automotive market • Work with Application Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other internal teams • Travel and visit customers, potentially up to 50% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Proven experience in technical B2B sales, business development, and commercial account management, preferably in the automotive market • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Power BI, as well as CRM experience with Salesforce • Availability to travel and visit customers at least 50% of the time • At least 3 years of prior sales experience in the automotive market, working with OEMs, Tier suppliers, or converters
