• Transform the journey of patients living with migraine through the launch of Aquipta, development of the preventive treatment concept, and integrated execution of AbbVie’s portfolio featuring Aquipta and Botox. • Strategically manage the territory and priority accounts. • Promote Aquipta and therapeutic Botox to neurologists and other healthcare professionals. • Communicate scientific evidence, clinical benefits, and brand positioning. • Conduct consultative interactions using the Challenger model. • Identify opportunities to increase disease awareness, diagnosis, prevention, and access to treatment. • Develop and execute Territory Planning, defining priorities, objectives, action plans, investments, and performance indicators. • Plan visits based on segmentation, potential, frequency, sequencing, and objectives. • Analyze audit data, market reports, demand, and KPIs to adjust strategies. • Map priority accounts, centers of excellence, care pathways, and the patient journey. • Identify stakeholders, influencers, decision-makers, barriers, and opportunities, building tailored plans. • Work with priority points of sale, ensuring product availability and execution of commercial and promotional strategies. • Develop long-term relationships and co-create solutions in accordance with company policies. • Work with Market Access on opportunities in the private and public sectors, when applicable. • Record visits and interactions in Veeva. • Ensure completion of segmentation surveys, opt-ins, mandatory training, and other corporate processes. • Track KPIs and discuss analyses and action plans with the District Manager. • Participate in congresses, scientific events, and promotional initiatives. • Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, and other departments. • Report adverse events to Pharmacovigilance within 24 hours.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or related fields. • Experience in medical promotion, demand generation, consultative sales, or commercial management within the pharmaceutical industry. • Ability to learn and communicate scientific content clearly and confidently. • Familiarity with territory planning, performance indicator analysis, and CRM tools. • Availability to travel and commute according to the territory’s coverage area. • Valid driver’s license. • Based in Campinas, São Paulo, with availability to travel to Ribeirão Preto, São José do Rio Preto, and Bauru. • Preferred: experience in neurology, migraine, pain, botulinum toxin, or specialty markets. • Preferred: experience with product launches, market development, or changes in treatment concepts. • Preferred: experience managing accounts, centers of excellence, and the private market. • English is a plus.
