• Leading an experienced and energised key account sales team to execute sales, customer and market strategies across UK and Ireland to build growth with major retail customers in our Retail & Home improvement channels. • Determining and influencing business decisions to develop customer relationships • Managing sales programs around targets, financials, reporting, POS analytics, category management and incentives to drive growth and participating in contract negotiations • Setting priorities, assigning resources/tasks and providing performance feedback to build growth • Supporting and coaching your sales organisation to demonstrate strong people skills to develop the team to achieve their goals and reach their potential
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution, preferably in Business Management fields • Expert selling and customer experience in FMCG/Retail markets • Current, valid driver’s license is required, as you will be issued a company vehicle for this position • Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: • Category Management • Negotiations Skills Certification (e.g. GAP) • Sales management certification • Project management
