• Conduct sales meetings: Hold meetings with clients (an average of 4 to 5 per day) to identify client needs, present our best solution, and create a strong desire for our solution; • Customer relationship management: Maintain a close relationship with clients, answer questions, overcome objections, and pursue a clear 'yes' or 'no' for our proposal; • CRM updating and management: Record interactions and lead statuses, keeping accurate control of the sales funnel; • Participation in training and development: Continuously develop by participating in training and improving skills that increase conversion rates; • Team support and process improvement: Provide the team with insights about leads, assist in preparing sales strategies, and suggest improvements to the commercial process; • Availability for occasional travel to participate in in-person events.
