Description

• Actively managing the happiness and renewal of a portfolio of assigned largest strategic Enterprise customers • Working closely with customers to ensure adoption, positive ROI, and growing lifetime customer value • Establishing strong relationships with decision-makers and key influencers • Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive business value • Forecasting, identifying risks, and maintaining strong customer renewal rate • Being an expert on the predictive engine and managing customer onboarding • Partnering with technical CSM and Program Managers • Advocating for customers' product feature priorities • Building customer advocates for reference and success stories

Requirements

• 10+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting experience ideally in a high tech or SaaS company • 3+ years experience in high-touch Strategic or Enterprise Customer Success • Experience advising customers including CxOs on best use of platforms • Experience in B2B demand gen, marketing operations, sales operations • Familiarity with marketing tech stack • Strong analytical and communications skills • BA/BS degree, Master’s degree preferred • Ability to travel to customer site (~30%)
