Du bist strategische*r Partner*in unserer Kund*innen. • Deine Aufgabe ist es, komplexe Pricing-Herausforderungen im Retail zu verstehen und 7Learnings als die Lösung zu positionieren. • Du führst Verkaufsgespräche auf C-Level und Head-of-Ebene. • Vom ersten Demo-Call bis zum Signature-Event steuerst du den gesamten Sales-Cycle. • Du verkaufst nicht nur, du optimierst unsere Sales-Playbooks und definierst Best Practices für das gesamte Team. • Du hast direkten Einfluss auf unser ARR-Wachstum und hilfst uns, die Kategorie 'Pricing-Optimization' zu besetzen.
• 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B SaaS Sales (idealerweise Retail/E-Commerce oder MarTech). • Solution Selling: Du liebst es, komplexe Produkte einfach zu erklären und verkaufst über den Wert (Value-based), nicht über den Preis. • Closing-Mentalität: Du hast Hunger auf Erfolg, arbeitest datengetrieben und verhandelst souverän. • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C2) ist für den DACH-Markt essenziell, Englisch für unser internationales Team obligatorisch.
