• Support high-volume recruiting operations, focusing on candidate processing speed. • Maintain recruiting momentum and enhance candidate experience. • Conduct resume screening and initial qualification checks. • Advance qualified candidates and disposition unqualified applications promptly. • Prepare candidate summaries and support documentation for recruiter review • Ensure accurate tracking of candidate progress within the ATS (SmartRecruiters). • Communicate with candidates via email, phone, and SMS throughout the hiring process. • Coordinate and schedule interviews across recruiting teams
• Previous experience supporting U.S.-based recruiting. • Experience in high-volume recruiting, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition operations. • Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably SmartRecruiters. • Experience communicating with candidates via email, phone, and SMS throughout the hiring process. • Experience coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple hiring teams. • Ability to effectively screen resumes and assess candidates against minimum qualifications. • Experience working in a fast-paced, metric-driven recruiting environment. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. • Previous experience working remotely with minimal supervision. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
