📋 Description

• Support category strategies and sourcing plans for technology and IT spend across software, hardware, SaaS, and services • Run RFx processes, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations for IT spend • Process purchase orders and keep approvals moving in line with policy • Handle day-to-day vendor relationships, from inquiries and open items to timely invoice payments • Review and challenge requisitions to keep requests compliant and clear • Analyze spend and market trends to find savings and reduce supplier risk • Support the contract lifecycle, including renewals, license optimization, and SLA monitoring • Use AI tools to speed up spend analysis, RFx documentation, contract review, and reporting • Partner with IT, Finance, and Legal • Report to the Director, Procure-to-Pay

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor operations, ideally across both tech category sourcing and tactical operations • Experience running RFx processes, contract negotiations, and vendor evaluations for IT or technology spend • Working knowledge of IT concepts like cloud infrastructure, software licensing, SaaS models, and IT service agreements • Strong attention to detail across multiple procurement workflows at once • Proficiency with procurement or ERP systems (Workday preferred) • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills • Comfortable working across teams and independently in a remote setting • Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate or optimize workflows • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation • Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience (bonus) • Sourcing experience in a mid-to-large organization (bonus)
