Description

• Responsible for shaping the future of frontends at Ably • Building and delivering improvements and new features to documentation, customer dashboards, and internal tools • Working closely with Product and Design teams • Contributing to strategic initiatives that drive developers to the Ably website • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams • Handling security disclosures • Supporting internal users • Taking responsibility for general maintenance

Requirements

• Strong Ruby & Ruby on Rails skills with significant professional experience • Proficiency with modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Full-stack mindset and experience with CI/CD • Experience writing automated tests for software • Cross-functional team experience • Solid grasp of Agile, Kanban, and SCRUM principles • Experience in dynamic startups • Experience delivering developer-focused products or services • Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Gatsby & TailwindCSS • Experience with OpenAPI (Swagger) for customer-facing APIs • Experience debugging in production platforms like Heroku or Kubernetes
