Description

• Lead and manage the team responsible for process and production of regular and ad hoc reports, program monitoring tools, and visualization tools supporting monitoring and oversight of contract deliverables, sent to internal stakeholders (e.g. directors and managers) and external stakeholders (e.g. government agencies, subcontractors) • Lead development and dissemination of policies and procedures related to a complex ecosystem of data collection, analysis, and reporting • Collaborate with stakeholders, program experts, and users to gather and document requirements, grasp business priorities, and identify strategic initiatives for enhancing production processes • Maintain internal documentation of reporting and data system management processes • Ensure redundancy and sufficient support of team responsible for both

Requirements

• Relevant administrative work experience focused on client relations or customer service • Strong proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet software, including an ability to sort, filter, and write formulas • Proven experience in detail-oriented tasks such as data error checking and correction • Experience with managing data analytic workflows in cloud-based systems • Strong knowledge and understanding of data analytics pipelines, including ETL tools (Airflow, AWS Glue, etc) and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc) • Experience with Project and Program Management • Experience supervising or mentoring • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, especially translating between non-technical and technical audiences • Commitment to using research and analysis to address and undo racism and inequity in the immigration legal system required; lived experience preferred
