• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Participate in client discussions • Act as a Thought Leader • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients • Monitor project progress • Work closely with sales and business development teams • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Salesforce professionals

Requirements

• Industry experience of a 15+ years • 8+ years of Solutioning/Delivery Experience with Salesforce platform • 5+ years in a leadership role in IT Services/Consulting firm • Expert-level understanding of Salesforce product suite • CRM Consultant/Architect certifications in Salesforce CRM Platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor’s degree is a must. MS/MBA highly preferred.
