Description

• Design, implement, and deploy machine learning models to address business challenges and enhance decision-making processes • Utilize Databricks for efficient data processing, feature engineering, and model development • Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to explore and prepare data for machine learning applications • Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective machine learning solutions • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in machine learning • Maintain comprehensive documentation of machine learning models, processes, and experiments • Identify and implement optimizations in Databricks workflows to improve efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field • 2 years of proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer and/or Data Scientist • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) • Strong programming skills in Python or Scala • Experience with Databricks for data processing and analytics • Excellent communication skills • Advantageous: experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Spark), familiarity with MLOps practices
