• Shape the future of help and training at Addepar • Redesign knowledge base and in-app experiences • Create guides, courses, how-to articles, and more • Work with a team of content designers, product designers, and user researchers • Develop templates and processes for scalability • Prioritize quality and purposeful content • Transform help center into an award-winning knowledge base • Support clients with innovative and thoughtful solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of supporting content strategy for a knowledge base or product area • Inspiring portfolio demonstrating approach to help and training experiences • Experience developing and maintaining a content system or style guide • High emotional intelligence • Exceptional writing, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills • Familiarity with Zendesk, Confluence, Jira, and Figma • Experience in finance (a plus)
