• Drive new business growth by sourcing, developing, and closing enterprise opportunities across financial institutions, including wealth firms, banks, payroll providers, and benefits brokers. • Build and manage a strong pipeline by identifying high-potential prospects, qualifying opportunities, and advancing deals through complex enterprise sales cycles. • Represent Addition Wealth in the market through a strong presence at conferences, industry events, and meetings with senior stakeholders to generate opportunities and deepen relationships. • Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes to drive long-term partnership value. • Partner closely with leadership to refine messaging, identify market opportunities, and support go-to-market efforts across priority segments. • Maintain market intelligence by tracking buyer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends to help shape outreach and sales strategy. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a strong prospect experience and alignment throughout the sales process.
• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in fintech or financial services, with a proven track record of selling complex solutions to large enterprise clients in the financial institution or benefits ecosystem • Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles while balancing deal progression and conversion with top-of-funnel activity to maintain consistent pipeline growth • Strong understanding of the financial services landscape, including market dynamics, buyer needs, and competitive pressures • Established network of industry relationships with clients and stakeholders you have successfully engaged and worked with previously • Willingness to travel up to 50% for conferences, industry events, and client meetings • Experience building relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders across large organizations • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and influence decision-makers • Strong operational discipline, including maintaining CRM hygiene, managing pipeline reporting, and independently creating high-quality decks and presentations to support sales conversations and internal updates.
