📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from job requisition/intake meetings with hiring managers through pre-onboarding. • Source and identify candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events. • Use advanced search techniques and tools to build a strong talent pipeline. • Conduct qualifying phone screens and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment. • Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to clarify talent needs and expectations. • Provide insights and recommendations on candidate profiles, market trends, and best practices. • Maintain clear communication and timely feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience. • Extend offers, negotiate compensation packages, and address candidate concerns. • Collaborate with organizations and tertiary institutions on recruitment events, internships, and talent pipelining. • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS. • Perform ad hoc duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, strong verbal and written English. • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimally 2-3 years of experience in recruitment operations and/or talent acquisition, experience in hiring technical roles across SEA is an advantage • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, among others. • Strong proficiency in data management, reporting, and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel or similar. • Strong stakeholder management skills. • Strong interpersonal, organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
