• Support Project Initiatives: Assist in managing and tracking BD and marketing projects, including ecosystem partnerships and campaign plannings, to ensure successful execution and alignment with strategic goals • Documentation and Reporting: Help maintain comprehensive project documentation and workflows using tools like Notion. Ensure that all project-related information and updates are accurately recorded and accessible to all stakeholders • Facilitate Communication: Work closely with BD and Marketing teams to ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in the preparation and distribution of project communications and updates • Cross-functional Coordination: Support the coordination of cross-functional project teams, ensuring that project scopes are clearly defined and resources are effectively allocated. Help identify and resolve any potential issues in a timely manner • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, helping to manage expectations and ensure that all parties are aligned with project goals and progress
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field • 1-2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or project management, preferably within a technology or web3 environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Highly organized, strategic thinker • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience in project management or program management, proficiency in tools, such as Notion and Google workspace • Ability to distill complex information into clear and concise presentations • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization • Fluency in English (Mandarin is a plus) for communication with internal stakeholders
