• Identify the scope of the problems a diaspora community has when it comes to sending money • Ensure our product fits the community’s needs • Build relationships and negotiate with key partners and channels • Work hand in hand with the digital marketing team • Use social media, community influencers, and other methods to scale the business • Build and test new user acquisition strategies • Build out launch playbook for future markets • Take full ownership of market growth • Foster a productive dynamic with all stakeholders
• At least 3 years of work experience • Experience with creating or working with physical and/or online communities • Fluency in English, additional language fluency is helpful • Work authorization • Willingness to travel (25-50%) and work on weekends as needed • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to adapt and pivot quickly • Strong customer service skills • Resourcefulness and ability to think outside the box • Experience in a fast-paced environment
