📋 Description

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for agile deliveries, working closely with designers, front-end developers and product to ensure solutions are implemented efficiently and aligned with business and user needs. • Design and implement secure APIs and integrations, ensuring platform performance, stability and data/process consistency. • Perform monitoring and automated testing to ensure services remain fast, reliable and available in all situations. • Participate in defining the technical roadmap, anticipating bottlenecks and proposing solutions that accelerate value delivery to end users. • Contribute to building and strengthening a technical culture of excellence, with a strong focus on quality and agile development. • Reflect on, validate ideas and continuously contribute to the evolution of the product and the customer experience. • Take responsibility for the continuous development of solutions, ensuring the expected level of quality in deliveries.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed) • Proven experience with Python, with emphasis on frameworks such as Django, Restless, DRF and FastAPI for building scalable and maintainable APIs and web systems • Familiarity with asynchronous processing, microservices architecture and scalable APIs • Knowledge of AWS, including S3, SQS, SNS, RDS, CloudFront, Lambda Functions and Serverless Framework • Proficiency with Git and well-organized commit history, ensuring traceability and delivery quality • Broad understanding of development processes and agile workflows, with knowledge of application lifecycle and integration with front-end, QA and DevOps • Advanced knowledge of project architecture, design patterns and backend development best practices, with focus on code readability and testability • Experience with relational databases, Django ORM, migrations and query optimization for high performance • Knowledge of unit, integration and E2E testing using Pytest, unittest, Playwright and external service mocking • Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, automated deployments and monitoring in cloud environments • Opportunities open to people with disabilities (PwD) and individuals rehabilitated by INSS
