📋 Description

• Support job posting on recruitment platforms and attraction channels. • Screen resumes according to position requirements. • Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process. • Conduct competency-based interviews. • Update process information and movements in the recruiting platform. • Assist in preparing and sending job offers to approved candidates. • Monitor attraction area metrics and controls. • Provide support to recruiters with operational and administrative tasks. • Ensure clear communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. • Previous experience in recruitment and selection or HR routines is a plus. • Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., Gupy, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar). • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Organized and detail-oriented. • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous demands. • Proactive with a strong sense of priorities. • Comfortable working in a team and collaborating with different areas. • Interest in developing a career in Talent Attraction and Selection.
