📋 Description

• Support posting job openings on recruitment platforms and attraction channels • Screen resumes/CVs according to the requirements of each position • Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process • Conduct competency-based interviews • Update status and movements of recruitment processes in the applicant tracking system • Assist in preparing and sending job offers to selected candidates • Track recruitment/attraction metrics and controls • Provide operational and administrative support to recruiters • Ensure clear communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields • Previous experience in recruitment and selection or HR routines is a plus • Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., Gupy, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Proactive with a good sense of priorities • Comfortable working in a team and collaborating with different departments • Interest in developing a career in Attraction and Selection (Talent Acquisition) • All opportunities are open to people with disabilities (PwD) and individuals rehabilitated by INSS
