📋 Description
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams to align on pricing, order management, and daily operational execution • Execute and oversee the end-to-end billing cycle • Ensure all revenue is accurately captured and recorded within SAP • Ensure invoices comply with fiscal and regulatory requirements, SAT standards, CFDI 4.0, payment complements, and internal corporate policies • Monitor and analyze key billing metrics • Prepare regular reports • Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • Fluency in English is required • Experience working with billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable processes • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP • Solid understanding of Mexican tax regulations and invoicing requirements, including SAT compliance and CFDI 4.0 • Knowledge or experience with REPSE is a plus
