📋 Description

• Own end-to-end service management of Agilent’s Managed PKI services, including certificate enrollment, lifecycle management, cloud HSM administration, and certificate procurement and provisioning • Manage MPKI provider relationships and hold suppliers accountable to SLAs, security standards, and compliance requirements • Oversee outsourced MPKI support and operations • Maintain compliant certificate provisioning and deprovisioning processes • Administer automated and exception-based certificate enrollment solutions • Drive automation and continuous improvement across the certificate lifecycle • Serve as service owner and administrator for Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access Browser • Design, configure, and maintain browser access, data-control, DLP, threat-protection, and generative-AI guardrail policies • Enforce sign-in and access policies based on real-time device posture, integrating Microsoft Entra ID and Prisma SASE/Zero Trust • Manage the Palo Alto Networks vendor relationship and coordinate Security, End-User Computing, and IT stakeholders • Monitor adoption, troubleshoot user issues, and improve policy coverage and user experience • Contribute to operations, projects, and engineering across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune • Translate complex requirements into automated solutions with application developers, operations engineers, and architects • Support and improve architecture, systems, processes, standards, and tools • Participate in IAM strategy development, implementation, and operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, university degree, or equivalent • 7 years of experience with Managed Public Key Infrastructure • Experience with the DigiCert platform preferred • Solid understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for certificate delivery to users and devices • Proven experience managing outsourced suppliers against SLAs and compliance requirements • Understanding of testing and development processes and methodologies • Understanding of global information technology infrastructure environments • Understanding and experience implementing and applying security best practices • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
