Description

• Lead a Scrum development team • Define and deliver sprint and release goals • Translate business requirements into technical requirements • Design frameworks, components, and applications • Develop best practices and patterns • Drive long-term design thinking • Develop automated CI/CD delivery pipelines • Apply Agiloft's security controls • Collaborate with other members of Agiloft Engineering • Operate within SDLC lifecycle and process • Ensure adherence to quality framework and policies • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues • Generate innovative ideas and prototypes • Provide coaching and mentoring • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • >8 years developing commercial software • >4 years leading development teams • Proficiency with Java, JEE • Proficiency with SQL • Experience with relational- and vector databases • Experience developing large cloud-based web applications • Experience with machine learning workloads • Experience developing APIs • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to communicate technical needs and capabilities to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to collaborate and provide technical leadership • Experience in architectural patterns, micro-services, messaging/event driven frameworks, and enterprise databases • Strong experience in CI/CD practices • Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions for complex projects • Preferred qualifications: advanced degree, NLP/LLMs/generative AI experience, understanding of Java concepts, web application security knowledge, experience in a security compliant environment, experience with cloud services such as AWS S3 and SageMaker
