Description

• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf. • Managing professional scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics. • Supporting the CEO primarily and providing additional support to the team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently. • Upholding a strict level of confidentiality • Developing and sustaining a level of professionalism among staff and clientele • Working closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. • Remaining active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and creating and posting job descriptions and announcements as required. • Managing the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles - find, hire, and retain quality candidates. • Reviewing resumes and screening candidates. • Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. • Conducting interviews using reliable selection tools or methods to filter the correct candidates. • Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process. • Onboarding new employees and providing weekly recruitment reports to team managers. • Planning and orchestrating work to ensure that priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are followed. • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner. • Availability to work and collaborate during EST business hours.

Requirements

• Preferably 2+ years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management • A fresher or intern with the required skillset and a zeal to learn new things can also be considered. • Preferably a bachelor's degree in human resources, or equivalent. • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Recruiter, or similar role. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly and professional demeanor. • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects. • Microsoft Office skills with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software. • Flexible team player, and willing to adapt to changes. • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc). • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). • Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers. • Strong decision-making skills.
