• 7+ years of full stack development experience • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React • Comfortable leading and managing remote teams • Extensive experience in commercial software development • Goal-oriented and self-motivated • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong problem-solving ability • Deep understanding of programming design paradigms • Experience with RESTful microservices and distributed systems • Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • Bonus: prior healthcare industry experience
