• Take the lead in managing day-to-day training and development initiatives • Play a pivotal role in driving change and operational excellence • Align business and people strategies to cultivate a high-performance culture within Airalo • Collaborate seamlessly with the entire People & Talent team • Foster continuous learning and development • Ensure that the team thrives in an environment conducive to personal and professional growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or similar relevant field • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, and 3 years in a lead or management role • Experience implementing and delivering training in a fully remote environment • Strong leadership skills • Efficiently manage a diverse workload • Adhere to specified deadlines • Have the knowledge and ability to implement different learning methodologies and approaches • Strong customer-centric skills with a passion for service • Inspires and fosters a culture of continuous learning across Airalo • Works autonomously, taking ownership of projects • Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Effective & analytical mindset, creative and pragmatic problem-solving skills • Self-driven, optimistic, and keen to work as part of a professional and closely-knit team • Experience with HRIS, HCM, & other tools
