• Work closely with the recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to schedule interviews while actively seeking ways to enhance our processes and experiences. • Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems to ensure data and reports are accurate. • Provide top-notch candidate and hiring team experiences. • Have a hand in onboarding to set new hires up for success. • Provide timely updates and clear communication throughout the interview process. • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting and operations-related activities as needed.
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role at an early stage, fast-growing company • 1+ years of experience scheduling interviews and working with an ATS • Understanding and experience handling candidate experiences with empathy and diligence • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests • Strong sense of pride and ownership in work • Strong written and verbal communication skills
