Description

• Responsible for establishing and optimizing tooling and systems related to roadmap planning • Lead a team dedicated to investigating and gathering data on risk incidents • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align planning systems with goals • Identify areas for improvement in planning processes and systems • Lead risk operations function for the Trust Rapid Response (TRR) team • Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights • Communicate planning strategies, system updates, and risk incident findings to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, Risk Management) or equivalent; MBA preferred • 8-10+ years of proven experience in Planning, Systems Tooling, or Consulting roles preferred • Proven track record of planning product portfolio roadmap using project management tools • Experience leading a team of subject matter experts • Strong proficiency with Google Suite, including automation • Experience in highly cross-functional environment • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data sets • Attention to detail and ability to identify patterns and trends in incident data
