• Partner with various teams to design and execute strategies • Provide expert guidance and analyses • Drive risk strategy for company-level initiatives • Perform research and analysis for long-term strategic plans • Ensure user onboarding growth at scale • Challenge the status quo and provide alternative solutions • Represent Stripe in external engagements • Execute special projects and ad hoc analyses

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience in Financial Services, Payments, or fintech • Experience in risk, compliance, or product enablement • Ability to distill complex risk problems clearly • Strong stakeholder management skills • Track record of deriving insights and product recommendations • Ownership, accountability, and goal-oriented mindset • Entrepreneurial and curious mindset • Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity • Desire to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment Preferred Qualifications: • Proficiency in Card network rules, KYC/KYB, AML OFAC compliance • Experience overseeing strategic programs • Proficiency in data querying languages like SQL • Advanced degree in law, business, policy or related field • Experience in translating business requirements to technical configurations
