• Operating the vendor management program as a vendor management subject matter expert and face of the company • Leading activities throughout the lifecycle of a vendor • Maintaining frequent interaction and communication with various teams • Identifying, assessing, and monitoring vendor risks • Assisting with evaluating, developing, and implementing process improvement solutions • Assisting with other governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives • Supporting audit preparation activities • Performing administrative, physical, and technical controls to mitigate risks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT or related field preferred or four (4) years of equivalent years of experience required • Minimum four (4) years of experience in a vendor risk management-related role • Experience in managing risks in financial services or technology fields • Leadership or senior-level experience in executing vendor management activities • Exceptional experience in developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors • In-depth working knowledge of vendor and risk management tools, techniques, and procedures • Strong familiarity with regulations governing Bank Secrecy Act & Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) and other related areas • Strong familiarity with information security and consumer privacy issues • Exceptional ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines • Strong client orientation and professional demeanor
