Description

• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail brokerage and agency clients. Understand clients' executive risk insurance needs and provide customized solutions. Sales and Production: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio. Collaborate with the distribution team to cross-sell executive risk insurance products. Market Analysis and Placement: Analyze the executive risk insurance market trends and developments. Place insurance coverage with reputable carriers, negotiating terms and conditions. Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments for executive-level exposures. Advise clients on risk mitigation strategies and best practices. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, legal, and claims departments. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience as a Wholesale Executive Risk Insurance Broker. (Preferred) • Proven track record of successful client relationship management and business development. • Strong knowledge of executive risk insurance products and market trends. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Professional certifications (e.g., RPLU, CPCU) are a plus.
