Description

• Crafting and enhancing SDKs for seamless integration of in-app experience and messaging platform • Designing, developing, and providing support for product teams • Leading solution design, customer discovery, and coordinating design patterns • Educating teams on what is possible in the web ecosystem • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and troubleshooting escalated issues • Participating in team meetings, agile ceremonies, mentoring and educating team members, and contributing to process improvements

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant software engineering experience • Deep experience in web development with software engineering best practices • Experience building SDKs, libraries, or tools for others • Proficiency with web tooling and technologies such as npm, TypeScript, React, and CSS • Experience with browser APIs, cross-browser/platform features, and web development best practices • Familiarity with mobile-focused languages like Swift, Kotlin, and Java • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment • Experience with REST APIs and collaboration with cross-functional peers
